Do you bit your finger nails

Ok are you a nail bitter? here is some thing to think about.

do you wash your hands after you go to the bath room. of course you do. but do you wash your nail with a nail brush nope.

ok how many hands do you shake?

how many door nobs do you touch?

how many pens or pencils do you use?

how many times durning the day do you count money or coins?

how many shoping carts do you touch?

now just think about the above? do you wash your hands ever time you do these things? do you use a nail brush? no of course not.

now just think about putting your fingers in your mouth and all those germs on them from ever thing you have done that day. do you still want to bit those nail? heck no.lol
