Too many people become obsessive about eating foods that are not organic in order to reduce toxins in their bodies.

Following are the 7 quickest and most painless things you can do in order to reduce the amount of toxins in your body:

1) Eliminate Diet Soda with artificial sweeteners (Try a Stevia alternative)


2) Eliminate fluoride toothpaste (try a natural alternative)

3) Install a water filter in your shower that eliminates chlorine in the water

4) Throw away the Windex and ammonia based cleaners and use a natural alternative

5) Eat fast food no more than once per month
